This series of makeup tutorials was created to promote the lauch of M·A·C cosmetics at beauty retailer, MECCA.

We had a lot of content to get through on this single shoot day and, as is usually the case on fashion shoots, a lot of time was spent on the visual side of things. As sound recordist, I aimed to be almost not existent, working with and around the other departments, to make sure the shoot went as smoothly as possible while still capturing the best sound possible.

The tight shot, and piece to camera style, allowed a simple well placed boom to capture the clean and warm dialogue that can be heard in the final video.
