Brock: Over the Top is a feature length documentary that not only chronicles the extraordinary life of Australia's greatest racing car driver, Peter Brock, but peels away the surface to reveal the profoundly human story behind the legend.

I was the sound recordist for the Sydney interviews on this production. This gave me the great pleasure of sitting in on interviews with journalist, Phil Scott, feminist commentator, Jane Caro, and working with great Australian director, Kriv Stenders.

As seen from the clip here, the film has a very distinct style and I was tasked with matching the sound and shooting style already established in other cities. Knowledge and experience with the required equipment and microphone placement was essential in achieving this.
