Pretty is a short film which explores the roots of self image through the story of a once innocent young girl who has become a self hating slut.

The sound design plays a crucial part in the story telling for this film, distinguishing between the two worlds of the characters; that being the 'subjective' little girl and 'objective' woman. The world of the 'subjective' little girl contains many layers of stylised sound and atmos to reflect her emotional state throughout the film, alowing the audience to hear how the character feels. The result is a dark, confronting, and often disturbing experience.
